Founders: Janine & Jim Polera

Established: June 2003

The Polera Family started Just for Kicks in June 2003 when they saw a need to bring the art of dance to the Hampstead community. As the parents of 2 dancers at both the recreational and competitive level, they wanted to bring a family friendly studio that focused on learning the fundamentals of dance as well as the enjoyment of the art.

They worked hard for over 10 years to provide the Hampstead community with a remarkable dance studio that provided seasoned and creative instructors that instilled a love for the art of dance to all the students that entered their doors.

They provided competition teams with the goal to teach the Just for Kicks dancers to work hard, do their best, be good sports, make new friends and enjoy the opportunity to perform for an audience.

Not only did they own and run a successful business, they were also dance parents. They kept you, the parents, in mind as they made decisions for the studio.

We will continue Janine and Jim's vision here at Just for Kicks Dance Studio.
