We understand that circumstances may arise that cause you to withdraw your student from our studio. If that happens, we require you to email your withdrawal notice to Just for Kicks Dance Studio (DanceTumbleJ4K@Gmail.com). Without the email withdrawal notice, we will continue to charge your account. Please include your name and the student’s full name in the email along with a brief description of why you are withdrawing. The date stamp of the email will provide the Official Date of Withdrawal which we will use to calculate any additional charges or refunds. Your child may continue in class until the end of the month which we received your withdrawal notification.

Regardless of whether we receive your withdrawal notice on the first day of the month or the last day of the month, you are responsible for tuition for the months up to and including the month we receive your withdrawal notice plus any late fees and any past due tuition and fees. We will use the “Card on File” to charge for any tuition and/or fees that are due when we receive your withdrawal notice. If the charge is declined, there will be an additional $20 late fee added to your account.

If you paid for the year in advance, we will use the date of the email to calculate any refund. Your refund will be calculated by adding up the full, non-discounted tuition rate for each month your child was enrolled in class up to and including the month we receive your withdrawal notice and any unpaid fees. We will then subtract that total from the amount you paid. Any balance will be refunded to you by check.
